The donnalaura is the emblem of the place of origin of Falanghina, Montesarchio,
with two biotypes, one now known all over the area and another more rare,
exuberant, and with great acidity. Laura is the grandmother of the house owner
wine, Pasquale Clemente.
WINE
Maceration prefermentation cold. Soft pressing
and alcoholic fermentation at 16 °. Partial malolactic fermentation.
Aged in stainless steel for three months and then rest in the bottle. Passage
wood for six months.
ORGANOLEPTIC
Yellow with greenish honeyed. Perfumes long of pear blossoms, according to the
