Sangiovese - clones from internal selection - (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), Syrah (25%).
METHOD OF PRODUCTION
Produced only in the finest vintages. The three varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel and wood combined Horizon at a controlled temperature, with maceration varying from 10 to 18 days. After alcoholic fermentation, the wines coming from the single variety, are racked into barrels where they remain separated for 12 months. Then we proceed to the blend, which continues its aging in wood for another 8-10 months. Followed by aging in the bottle for 6 months.
