The Rhum Vieux Select Barrel is aged in special oak barrels, selected for their natural sweetness and aromatic intensity, for a minimum period of three years, under the watchful eye of Master Distiller Habitation Clément.

The Flor de Caña Rum was produced for the first time in 1890, in the sugar factory in San Antonio in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua, when the young rum were consumed to celebrate the harvest of sugar cane. Limited quantities of rum aged more were reserved for the owners of the mill.
To commemorate the first century after the founding of the company, it was decided to create Flor de Caña "Centenario", a valuable selection of fine rum with a very demanding requirement: the youngest of its components must rest in their cellars, in oak barrels white, at least 12 years.
