Winemaking: After separating the grapes from the stems, the must fermented always in contact with the skins at a constant temperature. During fermentation the skins that rise to the surface are riemmerse with care to obtain a better extraction of color and tannin, in addition to accentuate the fruity character of the wine.
Description: As a ruby purple cargo, has net perfumes and fragrant wild berries with a note slightly bitter almond on the finish.
