Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C in stainless steel tanks 50 and 60 hl, to be able to select different areas of the vineyard optimally. Malolactic fermentation was carried out in cement and the first transfer was made directly to the wood in the spring of 2008.
Aged for four years in oak barrels of Allier and Slavonian 25 and 75 hl. Bottling followed about 2 years of bottle aging in a conditioned environment.
