Fruit of the best Sangiovese seal, rests in oak for two years. It is a wine of extraordinary weaving in tannins that have a concentration equal to the sweetness, flavor on the palate and has rich fruit on the nose with hints of fruit and dried flowers evolved. It is a wine that perfectly reflects the terroir of Chianti Classico, is a kind of landscape in the bottle.
On the hills of Radda in Chianti, in Pian d'Albola, about 400 meters above sea level lies the vineyard, facing south, on land allocated to good structure and texture clays losa characterized by the presence of skeleton (the famous limestone present in the whole area of Chianti Classico).
METHOD OF BREEDING
Cordon and flipped Tuscan.
3,500 plants per hectare. The average age of the vines is 20 years.

WINE AND AGING
The must, made from grapes harvested by hand, is left to ferment in vats where these horizontal abode for about 3 weeks. Com- pleted the malolactic fermentation, the wine is immediately set to mature in oak barrels. The aging lasts 20 months: 10% of the wine is aged in oak barrels of Allier, 90% in traditional Slavonian oak casks. Followed by aging for 12 months in stainless steel containers and a further six months in the bottle.
