Tignanello grappa is distilled from the pomace of Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes harvested in the Tignanello vineyard, located in the Tignanello estate in the heart of Chianti Classico. The fermented, are transferred to the distillery immediately after emptying the fermentation tanks (racking) and its pressing. This process ensures that the distillation is carried out using the best quality marc, rich in alcohol and especially in aromatic substances. Among the lots of grappa from distillation of several matches marc, only the best ones, the most subtle and aromatic, are then blended and bottled. Grappa Tignanello is available in limited quantities.
